Record the canonical version of the name, address and phone number somewhere the person on reception can find it. In the simplest terms, structured listings tell listing networks that a business is real and reachable. Broadly, anyone who has run a bulk audit knows more than half of the problems trace back to a single unclaimed profile. Most damage here is self-inflicted: an inconsistent phone number introduced during a rebrand or a move.
